Summer Cocktail: Bali Sunset featuring Nino Franco Prosecco
Happy June! This #WineWednesday we’re highlighting a summer cocktail made from simple syrup, ginger, lime and Nino Franco Primo Franco Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, that was recently featured on the Frosted Petti Coat.
Bali Sunset (serves 1)
A pop of tropical delight paired perfectly with Nino Franco Prosecco.
- Nino Franco Prosecco
- 1 ounce of simple syrup
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled & sliced)
- 1 ounce of lime juice
- Lime slices
- In a highball, muddle a 1-inch piece of peeled sliced ginger with 1 ounce of simple syrup.
- Add 1 ounce of lime juice, and top off with Nino Franco Prosecco.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
