Summer Cocktail: Bali Sunset featuring Nino Franco Prosecco

Happy June! This #WineWednesday we’re highlighting a summer cocktail made from simple syrup, ginger, lime and Nino Franco Primo Franco Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, that was recently featured on the Frosted Petti Coat.

Bali Sunset (serves 1)

A pop of tropical delight paired perfectly with Nino Franco Prosecco.

Ingredients

  • Nino Franco Prosecco
  • 1 ounce of simple syrup
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled & sliced)
  • 1 ounce of lime juice
  • Lime slices

Instructions

  1. In a highball, muddle a 1-inch piece of peeled sliced ginger with 1 ounce of simple syrup.
  2. Add 1 ounce of lime juice, and top off with Nino Franco Prosecco.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
