Nino Franco Faìve Rosé Brut Sparkling

“Faìve,” from the Venetian dialect meaning “sparks.” When farmers burn the wood from pruning, the direction the sparks fly is said to forecast the result of the harvest. This Faìve wine is made using a bleeding wine from Merlot and Cabernet Franc, making the wine very special and different.

COLOR: Rose petal-like pink
AROMA: Fruity, red fruit, pear.
TASTE: A long persistence, creamy, brut but with natural softness.

Nino Franco Rustico Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Rustico is connected to the old local tradition of making wine using short second fermentation in the bottle and leaving the sediments in the wine. Although no longer the technique, the name has remained and is considered to be a brand name.

AROMA: Very fine, persistent, pleasant, crisp, fruity and flowery.
TASTE: Creamy, refreshing and balanced.

This non-vintage Prosecco is great as a refreshing aperitif, and also pairs well with pasta and risotto, fish and white meat dishes. The sparkling wine is made from 100 percent Glera, using grapes grown on hillside vineyards at high elevation.

AROMA: Very fine, persistent, crisp, flowery and fruity.
TASTE: Refreshing and balanced. Apple and pear flavors that echo on the aftertaste.

Nino Franco Vigneto della Riva di San Floriano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

A vintage Prosecco, exclusively from the Riva di San Floriano vineyard, that matches perfectly with oysters and salty fishes, as well as with the local salame called “sopressa.” Nino Franco was founded in 1919 by Antonio Franco in Valdobbiadene. The winery is located at the foot of the Prealps, in the Venetian region and proud to be one of the oldest wineries in Valdobbiadene. Known for their Prosecco vine, the estate has been growing and evolving throughout four generations of producers. Antonio founded it, Nino expanded it, Primo improved international distribution and today, Silvia Franco is the future of the brand.

COLOR: Brilliant straw-colored, bright
AROMA: Very fruity (pear, apple, banana) and flower (wisteria). The perfumes, highly pronounced at the nose, become even more intense in the mouth.
TASTE: The taste shows a very long persistence which, added to good acidity, gives the wine elegance and structure.

The winery is located at the foot of the Prealps, in the Venetian region and proud to be one of the oldest wineries in Valdobbiadene. Known for their Prosecco vine, the estate has been growing and evolving throughout four generations of producers. Nino Franco Grave di Stecca Brut Sparkling

A very pleasant dry taste at the beginning, followed by a growing silky fruit bouquet. The grapes are sourced exclusively from ancient origin vineyard, named “Grave di Stecca,” a clos on the slopes of the Prealpi, just near the town center. The vineyard, exposed to the south and partly screened by a huge park, enjoys a particular micro-climate.
