In collaboration with Marco Simonit & Pierpaolo Sirch this is the 3rd Single Vineyard release from Nino Franco. Marco Simonit & Pierpaolo Sirch are experts in the region, redefining expectations when it comes to fine Italian white wines. In collaboration with Primo Franco, the winemakers skillfully blend this Ultra Luxury Prosecco from a small parcel of land in Valdobbiadene, known as Col del Vent, to create a balanced and elegant wine with full body and bright acidity. In Italian Nodi Translates to “Knots” which references to vines.

Grape Variety Used: 100% Glera coming from the Col del Vent vineyard
Color: Brilliant straw-colored, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Aroma: Floral bouquet of wisteria and roses. Fruity notes of pear and gooseberry.
Taste: A lime note is present in the palate, where it is also intense and smooth, with hints of stone fruit. Fine and persistent bubbles, the complexity is supported by good acidity and a pleasant, savory hint in the finish.
Length/Type of Fermentation: Pressing, de-stemming, cooling of the must and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in “cuve close”.
Length/Type of Aging: 30 day stay in bottles in the cellar before release.
Residual Sugar: 6 g/L
